Make your bedroom a place for play with abstract decals and furniture. A wall of grey exposed brick leads to the rest of the interior, providing a muted and edgy backdrop. Exposed brick doesn’t have to be red. This white and grey bedroom uses textured white brick to line its wall. Concrete floors, bold typography prints, black bedroom pendant lighting and a navy duvet mark out focal points.
An eaves bedroom can be a little tricky to decorate – not only are the ceilings an awkward shape, but the proportions of the room can be tricky to furnish, too. Add character to an expansive ceiling by papering part way up the wall – this pretty wallpaper adds interest up high. You could also try stars to create a night-sky effect.
This Image Add a dash of colour to an otherwise neutral scheme by papering one small corner with a decorative floral wallpaper. Make the look wonderfully girly by hanging a jewellery stand on the wall for easy access to your favourite pearls and necklaces. Monochrome is often found in modern schemes. This glamorous bedroom takes the well-known black and white duo into a new realm by combining it with traditional elements, such as the ornate mirror and bed. A mixture of off-whites and neutrals combine here so that the look isn’t simply two-tone.
