xOpen a picture.

Ouvrez une image.

xGo to [ Filter > Artistic > Cutout ]

Go to [ Filtre > Artistique > Découpage ]

xA window will pop up, set the parameters...

Un fenêtre va apparaître, réglez les paramètres...

xAnd here is the result.

Et voilà le résultat.
