Halftone
Open a picture. Don't do anything on it. Select all (Ctrl + A), copy (Ctrl + C), make a new document (Ctrl + N), press enter, paste (Ctrl + V). So, when you have opened the picture, all you have to do is to press those: Ctrl + A, Ctrl + C, Ctrl + N, enter, Ctrl + V! Well, now, you have two documents opened, don't do anything on the original one. Go on the new one.
Ouvrez une image et ne faîtes rien dessus. Sélectionnez tout (Ctrl + A), copiez (Ctrl + C), créez un nouveau document (Ctrl + N), appuyez entrée, collez (Ctrl + V). En résumé, appuyez successivement sur: Ctrl + A, Ctrl + C, Ctrl + N, entrée, Ctrl + V! Maintenant, vous avez deux documents ouverts, ne faîtes rien sur l'original. Allez sur le nouveau.
Go to [ Image > Mode > Grayscale ] A window will pop up and ask you this, press OK. If it doesn't pop up, it doesn't matter.
Go to [ Image > Mode > Niveaux de gris ] Une fenêtre va apparaître, cliquez OK. Si ça n'apparaît pas, ce n'est pas grave.
You will have a black and white picture like that.
Vous aurez une image en noir et blanc comme ça.
Go to [ Image > Mode > Bitmap ] If this window pops up, press OK.
Go to [ Image > Mode > Bitmap ] Si cette fenêtre apparaît, cliquez OK.
This will pop up, change the output to 72 and the Method to Halftone Screen.
Cette fenêtre va apparaître. Changez la sortie à 72 et la méthode à Trame de demi-teintes.
Again, a new window, change the frequency to 400, the angle to 45° and the shape to square.
Encore une autre fenêtre, changez la linéature à 400, l'angle à 45° et la forme à carré.
You will have this.
Vous obtiendrez ceci.
Return to [ Image > Mode > Grayscale ] If this window pops up, press OK.
Return to [ Image > Mode > Niveaux de gris ] Si cette fenêtre apparaît, cliquez OK.
Go to [ Image > Mode > RGB Color ] Take the move tool 
and move your layer to the original image. (You haven't forgotten it, have you?)
Allez à [ Image > Mode > Couleur RVB ] Prenez l'outil de déplacement et déplacez votre image vers l'image d'origine. (Vous ne l'avez pas oubliée, n'est ce pas?)
Change the blending mode to Soft Light, well, you can use another ones but I think it's the best.
Changez le mode de fusion à Lumière tamisée, vous pouvez choisir autre chose mais je pense que c'est le mieux.
