		<description>I think after you have done step 2, go to Layer &#62; New Layer &#62; Background From Layer , it will change the name of the layer from Background Layer to Layer 0 , like the screenshot. Worked for me...</description>

		<description>err... i don't understand the layer part... i can't change the blending options when the picture is in background form. so you mean to have to create a background copy and another layer?</description>
